Frontline Worker Collaborative Initiative

Frontline Worker Collaborative Initiative centers the experiences and voices of Spanish-speaking frontline workers.

The collaborative is working to identify personal and systematic barriers to form a system that can eventually improve the quality of life for Albuquerque seniors and their families, primarily focusing on Spanish-speaking households. The Frontline Collaborative Initiative works with home health aids and Pathways Navigators whose work intersects with low income seniors and families.
Additionally, the collaborative seeks to build a network of resources for families and individuals. The Frontline Collaborative Initiative also highlights existing gaps in order to formulate shared policy recommendations that can address the needs for frontline workers, as well as support for seniors and their families.
